How long does it take?
Three days for wash bags, four days for dry cleaning and shoes. Faster delivery is available for a fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup, from your account. After that, our team handles the request.
When am I charged?
Your card is pre-authorized when you order. The actual amount is charged at delivery, and the rest is released.
What if an item isn't right?
Let us know within 24 hours of delivery. A cleaning redo is covered for 72 hours.
Do I need my own bags?
No. We give you your bags free with your first pickup, and they're yours to keep.
What do I do with my hangers?
Give them back: tick "I have hangers to return" when you order and hand them to the driver at pickup, outside the bag. We reuse them.
What do you do with hangers and forgotten items?
Hangers you give back are reused. Items left unclaimed after six months are given to a charity: we extend the life of your clothes and shoes.
